Your Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason and without needing our approval. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Cancel or Return Your Order
You can cancel or return your order directly from your account — no need to contact us first. Simply sign in, select your order, and choose the relevant option.
You will need to sign in with your email address. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to you — no password required.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will reimburse all payments received from you — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a deduction if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and fit.
Refunds will be refused or reduced if the returned item is:
- Worn or shows signs of use
- Washed or altered in any way
- Stained (e.g. makeup, deodorant, food, perfume)
- Damaged, torn, or missing parts
- Returned without original tags or packaging
In such cases, we will notify you and may return the item to you at your expense.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
- Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
