Once your order is placed and confirmed, we begin preparing it with care.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the rare case of an error or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

We do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience, though delays caused by shipping providers are outside of our control.

6. Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. In line with European regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To keep things fair and consistent:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
